On May 20 Leadership Vermilion Class 2 visited the Louisiana State Capitol.

The Woman’s Club reached the end of another fantastic year.
Virgie Foreman and family traveled to Russellville, Arkansas to welcome the fifth family generation. The family also celebrated Mother’s Day and Virgie’s 94th birthday. The District VII Garden Clubs of the Louisiana Garden Club Federation welcomed members from many different state garden clubs to the convention themed Cajun Country “Joie de Vivre”. The Abbeville Garden Club is a member of National Garden Clubs, Deep South Region, and Louisiana Garden Club Federation, District III.
