Funeral services Royce James Duhon, born September 1, 1955 died peacefully in his sleep in Kaplan on May 12, 2009. He was cremated on May 20, 2009.

Duhon is survived by his wife Rosemary Benitez Duhon and three daughters, Rachael Duhon of Lafayette; Crystal Duhon, and Winnie Celena Duhon, both of Kaplan; One sister, Barbara Adams Touchet and her husband James of Meaux; One niece Annette S. Laurent of Gross Tete, La.; one nephew Murphy Conner and his fiance Kris of Meaux; Two great nephews; one great niece; one uncle Norris Duhon and wife Bernice of Lake Charles; one aunt and godmother Hazel Mary Doucet of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his parents Royce P. and Winnie Doucet Duhon; one brother Michael Del Duhon; his paternal grandparents Lastie and Marie Olympe Duplantis Duhon and his maternal grandparents Rene and Eliza Laviolette Doucet.

He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
