Representing the City of Kaplan, Councilman Kevin Guidry recognized four Kaplan students on being named Vermilion Parish Students of the Year. They include Carina Chargois, Madisen Fontenot, Emma Broussard and Austin Gaspard. The four oustanding students were presented with ‘Super Achiever’ certificates at the Kaplan City Council meeting last week.
