Miss Casey Primeaux becomes Mrs. Jake Daniel Boudreaux

Miss Casey Marie Primeaux and Mr. Jake Daniel Boudreaux were united in the sacrament of marriage on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Erath, Louisiana at 7 o’clock in the evening. The ceremony was officiated by Fr. Bill Melancon and Fr. Andre Metrejean.
The bride is the daughter of Daleon and Louisa Primeaux of Erath, Louisiana. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Eloise Bouillion and the late Eves Bouillion and Mrs. Frances Primeaux and the late Donald Primeaux, all of Erath.
The groom is the son of Donald and Ellen Boudreaux of Erath. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alton Moss of Erath and Mrs. Velta Boudreaux and the late Jesse Boudreaux of Abbeville.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an elegant ivory satin and lace sheath gown by Allure Bridals. The gown featured a lace-edged keyhole back and dazzling scalloped bead work which was complimented by a fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of white and lavender roses adorned with baby’s breath.
Kayla Primeaux Soirez, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor and Mieka Landry, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Serving as bridesmaids were Leah Primeaux and Marisa Primeaux, sisters of the bride, Shawnee Boudreaux Hebert, sister of the groom, Ashley Leblanc, Rachael Delcambre, and Kristin Bourque, friends of the bride. The flower girls were Elyse Barton, friend of the groom, and Eva Luciano, cousin of the groom.
Jake Pierson, friend of the groom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Brodie Boudreaux, brother of the groom, Zack Moss, cousin of the groom, Brad Frederick, Richard Cassidy, Nicolas Bourque, Quentin Blanchette, and Nicholas Comeaux, friends of the groom. Serving as ring bearers were Jackson Soirez, nephew of the bride, Brigg Boudreaux, Zane Hebert, and Nate Hebert, nephews of the groom.
Ushers for the ceremony were Micah Boudreaux, Hoyt Henry, Zachary Quibodeaux, and Byron Boudreaux, friends of the groom. Kurt Primeaux, uncle of the bride, and Charity Boudreaux, sister-in-law of the groom, recited the readings. Music was provided by Bridget Touchet, Julia Boudreaux and Jared Gray.
Following the wedding ceremony, a reception was held at the VN Hall in Abbeville. After the couple returns from their honeymoon, they plan to reside in Erath, LA.
