Menard, Broussard announce engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Karl A. Menard are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Megan M. Menard to Seth C. Broussard, son of Mr. Teddy Broussard and Ms. Nellie Broussard. The couple will wed Saturday, January 25, 2014, at 6:30 pm at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Abbeville, LA.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Whiley Joseph Menard and Hazel Menard and the late Leo Duhon and Myrtle Halphen Duhon. She is a graduate of Lafayette High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and is currently employed with Bayou Silkscreening in Rayne, LA.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Erath High School and attended South Louisiana Community College. He is currently employed with Haliburton.
After the wedding the couple will reside in Erath, Louisiana.
