Delcambre and Hebert united

The wedding uniting Miranda Delcambre and Travis Hebert took place during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony in Magdalen Square in Abbeville. The ceremony was officiated by Justice of the Peace Kenneth Picard.

Miranda is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Delcambre of Abbeville. She is the granddaughter of Delta Trahan of Abbeville and Mr. and Mrs. James Moreland of Abbeville.

Travis is the son of Mrs. Cheryl Nicoll of Youngsville. He is the grandson of Jane Hebert of Maurice.

Escorted by her father, Tony Delcambre, the bride wore an ivory dress with scalloped lace designed with an off-the-shoulder neckline. The draped torso met at the empire waistline. The softly side-draped A-line skirt with lace appliques cascaded onto the chapel length train. Her ivory colored veil was shoulder length and her bouquet was made of burnt orange calla lilies mixed with brown lilies.

The Maid of Honor was Maygan Landry, friend of the bride. Serving as bridesmaids were Shawn Hebert, Jessica Smith, Brandy Rogers and Jodie Duhon, all friends of the bride. Serving as Jr. Bridesmaids were Madisn Hebert and Mackenzie Hebert, both cousins of the groom.

The Bridesmaids wore chocolate brown strapless, satin ball-length gowns with a criss-crossed ruched bust that included beading. The attendants carried bouquets of burnt orange calla lilies.

The Jr. Bridesmaids wore chocolate brown satin gowns with beading and chiffon illusion sleeves and they also carried bouquets of burnt orange calla lilies.

The Flower Girl for the wedding was Hallie Delcambre, niece of the bride, and the Ring Bearer was Brycin Hebert, the son of the groom.

The Best Man for the wedding was Jody Hebert, uncle of the groom. Serving as Groomsmen were Scott Hebert, Ryan Hebert and Danny Hebert, Jr., all cousins of the groom; Aaron Delcambre, the bride’s brother; and Timothy Delcambre, Jr., the bride’s nephew.

The mother of the bride wore brown evening wear palazzo pants with multi-sheer draped top and a corsage made of ivory magnolia that was accented with a brown ribbon.

The mother of the groom wore a tan beaded chiffon evening dress, and also had an ivory magnolia corsage that was accented with brown ribbon.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Richard Hebert.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the V-Arena Hall in Kaplan. After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, TN, the couple will reside in Maurice.
