Chelsea Broussard- Andrew Arceneaux exchange vows

Miss Chelsea Faye Broussard and Mr. Andrew Joseph Arceneaux, both of Abbeville, exchanged vows of marriage Saturday, November 5, 2016, during a 5:30 p.m. ceremony at Sunny Meade B & B Atrium.
The ceremony was performed by the groom’s mother, Cheryl Soriez Arceneaux.
The bride is the daughter of the late Geraldine Guidry Broussard and Brian Broussard of Lafayette. Her grandparents are Gerald and Barbara Guidry of Rayne, and the late Alcee Broussard and Marilyn Broussard of Forked Island.
The groom is the son of Cheryl Soriez Arceneaux, of Abbeville and Rickey Arceneaux of Rayne. His grandparents are The late Doyce Soriez and Judy Soriez of Abbeville, the late Orice Arceneaux and Mary Alice Arceneaux of New Iberia, Carrie Schxneider and the late Frank Schexneider of Abbeville.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a stunning non-beaded ivory French Leavers lace gown. The dress is lined with silky charmeuse for a more luxurious feel. This fitted A-line silhouette gown boasts bateau front and back necklines with 3/2 length sleeves and delicate scalloped eyelash fringe accents the ends of the sleeves. Pearl buttons cascade down the entire zipper continuing up the elegant sheer lace back neckline and the dress was finished with a semi-cathedral train.
The bride completed her look with an ivory cathedral veil which featured an embellished scallop lace hem.
Emily Koch attended as the matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Kim Meaux, Nicole Zaunbrcher, Miranda Silva, Karissa (Coco) Mire and Stormy Matte, cousin of the bride. Junior bridesmaids was Lilly Matte, godchild of the bride. Payslee Labit, cousin of the groom, was the flower girl.
Cody Boudreaux, served as best man. Groomsmen included Jude Arceneaux, brother of the groom; Jordan Leblanc, Lance Arceneaux, brother of the groom; Nicholas Williams and Rickey Arceneaux, father of the groom. Junior groomsman was Chance Arceneaux, godchild of the groom. Ring bearer was Kaidin Arceneaux, son of the bride and groom and Carter Meaux.
The reception was held in the Sunny Meaux Atrium.
A rehearsal supper was held Thursday, November 3, 2016, at the groom’s parents in Abbeville.
The bride is a 2010 graduate of Kaplan High School.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of North Vermilion High School.
