Rigsby and Landry tie the knot
Ashley Rigsby and Colt Landry were united in marriage during a 6:00 p.m. ceremony held on September 16, 2011, at the American Legion Hall in Abbeville. The bride’s uncle, the Reverend Bill Rigsby, the pastor of North Anderson Baptist Church in Anderson, South Carolina, presided over the ceremony.

Escorted by her grandfather, the bride wore a taffeta lace halter gown, which featured a side drape. Beaded lace appliques adorned the bodice and skirt. The gown featured ruching and a side drape, which created a flattering effect, along with a chapel train. To complete her look, the bride wore a white fingertip-length veil. The maids of honor wore Malibu blue chiffon dresses with floral detail on one shoulder. The dress featured an asymmetrical neckline and all over ruching. The bridesmaid wore an elegant Malibu blue satin and chiffon ballgown. The chiffon bodice was accented with floral detail on the should and featured a flattering ruched waist, which flowed into a full satin skirt. The bride’s attendants carried bouquets made of six bold carnations accented with a Malibu blue ribbon.
The groom’s friend, Daniel McManus, served as the best man and Kruz Landry, the groom’s brother, John Castille, the groom’s friend, and Austin “Nooney” Romero, the groom’s friend, served as the groomsmen during the ceremony.
Ashlynn Landry, the 1-year-old daughter of the bride and groom who was escorted by groomsmen Austin Romero, served as the flower girl and Zachary Broussard served as the ring bearer during the ceremony. Jimmy Mixon and Houston Mixon, both brothers of the bride, served as ushers during the ceremony.
