ITEMS UP FOR AUCTION

AUCTION ITEMS: The two paintings shown are by Gueydan’s well-known artists/instructors Carol Drost and Theresa dePerrodil Trahan. The paintings include the elegant frames. The silent auction will be held during the dinner theater at Gueydan Civic Center Saturday night, July 27 and Acadia Players production of Steel Magnolias. Bids are being accepted at the Gueydan Museum, as the play is a sell-out and no more tickets are available. The cocktail hour and silent auction begins at 5 p.m.; a Natcitoches-style dinner at 6 p.m. and curtain time, 7 p.m.
