ABBEVILLE — Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Reno Adam Benoit, 89, who died Sunday, July 5, 2015 at Abbeville General Hospital.
He will be laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery with Reverend Robert Wells officiating the services.
He is survived by his three children, Brenda Guillot and her husband Wayne, Marty Benoit and his wife Janet, and Randy Benoit and his wife Vickie; grandchildren, Michelle G. Landry, Shawn Holmes, Kristin Andrepont, Tanaya Lancon, Kevin Benoit, Joanie Benoit, Monique Guillot, Blake Benoit, J.J. Thibeaux and Kylia Benoit; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and sister, Mary Lou Conner.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Delino Benoit; son, Larry James Benoit; great grandson, Mark Guillot; and parents, Wallace Benoit and the former Edolia Schexnailder.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
