ABBEVILLE — A Home-going Celebration will be held for Patricia Ann “Tricia” Harrison at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Macedonia Baptist Church,  607 S. Bailey St. Abbeville, LA with Pastor Stanley Phill, Officiating

She will await the resurrection at Saint Paul cemetery in Abbeville, LA

A gathering of family and friends will begin at 8:00 A.M. Saturday at the church until time of funeral service.

A native and resident of Abbeville, LA, she passed at 4:31 A.M. Wednesday at her residence following a brief illness.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, April Harrison of Abbeville, LA; five sons, Travis (Demetria) Harrison, Fermichael Harrison, Anthony Harrison, Brandon Harrison and Trashawn Harrison all of Abbeville, LA; two sisters, Barbara (Brooks) Chewning of Houston, TX, and Shirley McLean of Abbeville, LA; six brothers, Alvin (Lydia) Harrison, Adam Harrison, Jr., and Leroy Harrison all of Abbeville, LA, Michael Harrison, Charlie Robinson, and Walter (Rita) Robinson of Houston, TX; thirty grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren as well a host of  nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Adam Harrison, Sr. and Beatrice Paul Harrison two sisters, Mary Nell Briggs and Rosa Mae Robinson, brothers, Leonard “Virgie” Harrison and Adam Harrison, three nephews, Steven Robinson, Bishop Vernon Briggs, and Robert Briggs, and one grandchild, LaTera Mouton.
