ERATH — Funeral services for Pamela Faye Hebert,48, will be 7:00PM Friday November 21,2014 in David Funeral Home of Erath. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00PM until service time in the funeral home. Interment will be in Hebert Cemetery.
Pam, a life long resident of Erath passed away Wednesday November 19, 2014 in a Lafayette hospital.
She put others needs before her own and had a smile for everyone. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Timothy Pratt; two daughters, Jasmin Pratt and Kali Pratt; four brothers Floyd Hebert Jr. and wife Karleen, Wayne Hebert and wife Carla, Craig Hebert and wife Ronalyn, and John Hebert all of Erath.
She is preceded in death by her parents Floyd Hebert, Sr. and Mayful Vincent Hebert.
