ABBEVILLE — Memorial services will be held for Linda Faye McClanahan 66 the former Linda Faye Monteaux at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Fletcher Funeral Home 1116 Green Street Abbeville, La. with Pastor Ron Abshire, officiating.
A recitation of the rosary will begin at 10:00 A.M. Thursday in the funeral home chapel.
She will await the resurrection at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Cemetery in Erath, La.
A native and resident of Abbeville, La. she passed at 1:08 P.M. Sunday at Eastridge Nursing Center.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Harvey Duplantis, Jr. of Braintree, MA. and Kevin James Duplantis of Kaplan, La., one sister Brenda Menard of Lafayette, La., three grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Eulis Monteaux and Lelia Pommier Monteaux, and one brother Clifford James Monteaux.
