Edmay Pesson

Edmay Pesson, 98, a native of Kaplan, LA and a resident of Bayou Vista, LA passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
Ms. Edmay lived her life to the fullest. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and dancing, but her love was being outside where she could play in the garden or go fish. Ms. Edmay’s other love in life was her family. Being with her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
She is survived by her, children Norman Pesson, Raymond Pesson and wife Betty, Patricia Toups and husband Clarence; 11 grandchildren, 29 great grand children, 22 great-great grandchildren; 1 brother John LaSalle and wife Audrey
Preceded in death by her husband, Henry Pesson; son, Presley Pesson, 3 brothers, Theodore LaSalle, Melvin LaSalle and Watson LaSalle; 1 sister, Gladys LeBlanc
Visitation will be on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 5pm - 8pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Vincent Funeral Home in Kaplan, LA from 9am - 1pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1pm at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kaplan, LA. Graveside services will be in Pitre Cemetery, Kaplan, LA.
