Dat Huynh

Dat Huynh, aged 62 was tragically killed in an auto/pedestrian accident Saturday night in Abbeville on November 19, 2016.
He is survived by his brother, Thanh and wife, who live in North Carolina, a sixteen year old son and his loving companion, Thu Nguyen of Abbeville.
Dat was born in Vietnam; but, escaped from the communist regime in Vietnam in 1980, became a refugee, immigrated to the US in 1980 and moved to Abbeville in 1980.
He leaves behind many friends from the Abbeville area who mourn his loss in this most tragic of accidents.
His family and friends wish to thank the many Samaritans who were nearby and unselfishly gave of themselves to help Mr. Huynh in his time of need.
Visitation will be at St Vincent Funeral home, 209 S. St. Charles, Friday November 25th from 10am – 4pm.
