Mary L. Hebert

KAPLAN — Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Mary Louise Hebert, 79, who died Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Abbeville General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Rev. Paul Bienvenu officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Randall Stutes, Lynn Hawkins, Jake Guidry, Glen Trahan, Lonnie Monteaux, and Luke Hargrave. Honorary pallbearer will be Elijiah Stutes.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sonia and her husband, Lynn Hawkins of Broussard and Annette and her husband, Randy Stutes of Kaplan; one sister, Elta "Tot" Petry of Mouton Cove; three grandchildren, Jake Guidry, Alyssa Stutes, and Rana Stutes; and one great grandchild, Elijiah Stutes.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William W. Hebert; her second husband, Jerome B. Hebert; her parents, Emile Monteaux and the former Eve Bourque; one sister; and eight brothers.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 8 a.m. until services with a rosary being prayed at 10 a.m.
