Alabama man among six arrested by Vermilion/Municipal Task Force

According to Sheriff Mike Couvillon, the Vermilion Municipal and Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force made the following arrests for narcotics related offenses within the parish.
Jimmy Earnest, 39, of Alabama was arrested in Abbeville for Possession of Schedule II, (Lortab), and Possession of Schedule IV, (Clonazepam).
Myron Styles, 67, of Abbeville was arrested in Abbeville for Possession of Schedule II, (Crack Cocaine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Pamela Broussard, 36, of Kaplan was arrested in Kaplan for Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II, (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Schedule I, (Marijuana)
Patrick Bales, 30, of Lake Charles was arrested in Kaplan for Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II, (Methamphetamine), Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I, (Marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Carrying of Weapons.
Tawaski Obrien, 37, arrested in Kaplan for Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II, (Marijuana).
Anthony Williams, 37, arrested in Kaplan for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Distribution of Schedule II, (Methamphetamine).
Sheriff Couvillon would like to thank the Mayors, and their council, of Abbeville, Kaplan, Gueydan, Maurice and Erath, along with their Chiefs of Police, for their support of the Vermilion Municipal and Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force. Sheriff Couvillon also applauds the concerned citizens of Vermilion Parish for their awareness and assistance in helping the Task Force in fighting the war on illegal drugs.
