Officials give all clear after investigating suspicious package found at Abbeville business

Officials on the scene have given an all clear after investigating a suspicious package found at a business on Charity Street in Abbeville.
Abbeville Police and the Abbeville Fire Department responded Friday before noon after receiving the call that a suspicious package had been delivered to a flea market on Charity Street. Officials called in the State Police Hazmat unit.
Abbeville Police Lt. David Hardy said the scene has been deemed clear.
Officials have not yet released the contents or description of the package.
