Narcotics Task Force brings in three

According to Sheriff Mike Couvillon and Chief Tony Hardy, the Vermilion Narcotics Task Force Unit made the following arrests for narcotics related offenses within the parish.
- Chad Burns (dob 1-30-89) of Abbeville, arrested and charged with distribution of crystal methamphetamine, and possession with the intent to distribute crystal methamphetamine
- Brian Vann (dob 2-10-76) of Abbeville, arrested and charged with possession of cocaine.
- Brady Reaux (dob 10-9-84) of Erath, arrested and charged with possession of synthetic
Marijuana, cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile.
Sheriff Couvillon would like to thank the city of Abbeville for participating in the drug task force, and would like to applaud the concerned citizens of Vermilion Parish for their awareness and assistance in helping fight the war on illegal drugs.
