ABBEVILLE – Funeral service for Mr. Wilton Broussard is scheduled at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 15, 2015 in the chapel of Kinchen Funeral Home – 218 N. St. Valerie Street – Abbeville, LA with burial in Society Cemetery on Prarie Street. Rev. Darrel Thibeaux will officiate the service.
Wilton Broussard (77), a long time resident of Abbeville, LA passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Pelican Pointe Helathcare & Rehab Center in Maurice.
He leaves to mourn his passing, one sister, Josephine Boyd of Lively, VA; two brothers, Gerald Broussard (Janice) and Edward Louis Broussard (Sandra) of New Iberia, LA; two aunts, Lena James and Eula L. Gaddison of New Iberia, LA; and a foster sister, Deana Broussard of Abbeville, LA.
He was preceded in death by the following family members: James Broussard, Betty Burnette, an uncle, Richard Hawthrone, Jr. and an aunt, Josephine Dixon, and grandparent, Mamie Thomas.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Kinchen Funeral Home from 8:00 A.M. until time of service.
