Betty Joyce DeHart

Funeral Services will be held at a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in St, Alphonsus Catholic Church, Maurice, for Betty Joyce DeHart, 76, who passed away on July 17, 2015.
Reverend Stanley Jawa will be Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services.
Burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery, Abbeville.
Betty, a resident of Maurice, was the daughter of the late Antione Demette and the former Zulma Aucoin.
She is survived by her daughters, Darlene Rauch, Donna DeHart, Dana Hulin and her husband, Miles, her son, David DeHart and girlfriend, Tara Broussard, sisters, Mary Fondren and Elgin Harrison, brothers, Henry and Perry Demette, grandchildren, Jamie Vice and her husband, Randy, Kevin Smith, Travis Smith and his wife, Kara, Johnny Gerard and his wife, Patricia, Alicia Gerard, Kyle Kipp, Daisy and Dalana Bryan, Braxton Hulin, Justin and Jacob DeHart, Davin Touchet, great grandchildren, Kaylynn, Kylie, Kirstyn and Kenzye Vice, Jace, Aiden and Kamryn Smith, Analise Smith, Kaylee DeHart, Brandon, Lola, Lawless and Lionel Gerard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ellis DeHart, four brothers and one sister.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Maurice on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM on Monday evening in the funeral home. Visiting hours will continue on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be Justin DeHart, Jacob DeHart, David DeHart, Miles Hulin, Randy Vice and Travis Smith. Honorary Pallbearers will be Braxton Hulin, Davin Touchet, Kevin Smith, Henry Demette, Jr. and Johnny Gerard.
