Norris Joseph Lemaire

ABBEVILLE—Funeral services were held Monday, June 29, 2015 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Norris Joseph Lemaire, 88, who died Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Abbeville General Hospital.
He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Bill Melancon officiating the services.
He is survived by his sons, Dale Lemaire and his wife Vickie of Abbeville, Jimmy Lemaire and his wife Jean of Kaplan, Forrest Lemaire and his wife Daniele of Maryville and Paul Lemaire and his wife Kim of Abbeville; daughter, Angela Romero of Duson; brother, Kenno Lemaire of Little Rock, AR; two sisters, Hazel Decuir of Erath and Mary Ann Schexnyder of Kaplan; fourteen grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loula Mae Vaughn Lemaire; parents, Noah Lemaire and the former Eve Duplantis; and brother, Hubert Lemaire.
