Chestin Joseph “Chet” Boudreaux, Jr.

August 11, 1941 - February 14, 2015

Funeral services for Chestin Joseph "Chet" Boudreaux, Jr. will be held during an 11:00 AM graveside service on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Baldwin where he will be laid to rest. Fr. Gregory Cormier will conduct the service.
Chet was a native of Abbeville, a former longtime resident of Franklin, and a resident of Port Allen for the past 25 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War for which he was awarded the Bronze Star. He passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2015, following a brief illness.
Survivors include his three daughters, Lauri B. Louviere and her husband Dwayne of Jeanerette, Kristy L. Boudreaux of Broussard, and Michelle B. Van Norden and her husband Todd of Port Allen; three grandchildren, Luke Anthony Louviere of Jeanerette, Lanie Taylor White of Broussard, and Stella Grace Van Norden of Port Allen; and a special friend, Linda Muth of Luling.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Agnes "Cele" Bodin Boudreaux; his parents, Dr. Chestin "Chet" Joseph Boudreaux, Sr. and Stella Landry Boudreaux; and an infant sister, Rosalind Ann Boudreaux.
