Thomas “Luke” Guidry

ABBEVILLE — Mass of Christian Burial for Thomas “Luke” Guidry, 57, will be 2 p.m. Friday January 9, 2015 at St. Mary Magdelen Catholic Chuch with Rev. Neil Pettit officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Alphonsus Cemetery in Maurice. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home Friday from 8 a.m. until service time with recitation of the rosary at 11 a.m.
Luke, born and raised in Abbeville passed away Wednesday January 7, 2015 in a local hospital.
He is survived by his wife Jody Beaugh Guidry of Maurice; his son Joshua Beaugh Guidry of Abbeville; his stepchildren Adam and Emily Gates of Shreveport; his siblings Elizabeth Perry and husband David of Abbeville, Mark Guidry and wife Phyllis of Abbeville, Matthew Guidry and life partner Jim Conte of New Orleans, Edi Gaspard and husband Brent of Baton Rouge, Maribeth Poche’ and husband Guy of Abbeville; father-in-law W.D. Beaugh of Leroy; siblings-in-law Nell, Jennifer, and Jonathan Beaugh
He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Adella Guidry and his mother-in-law Dorothy Beaugh
Serving as Pallbearers will be Mark and Matthew Guidry, Thad and Paul Neal Broussard, Karl McGee, Brent Mitchell, Alvin Stelly, and Terry Ewing
