Traffic stop by Abbeville police lead to arrest of three people

Drugs, guns found in car

 

  On Saturday, patrol officers with the Abbeville Police Department conducted a traffic stop in reference to a fight call.  Upon investigating the incident, officers located 28 grams of marijuana, over 53 grams of Synthetic Marijuana, 2 lortabs, and two pistols. 

  Arrested were:

          •   Jermaine Guidry (Date of birth 02/09/1994): No drivers license, possession of Marijuana, Possession of Schedule III, Possession of a CDS with firearm present, Possession  of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile, Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.

           • Glen Shelvin ( Date of birth 12/03/1992):  Possession with intent marijuana, Possession of a CDS with a firearm, Possessions of CDS in the presence of a juvenile, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.

           •  Allen Smalls ( Date of birth 8/11/1991): Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile, and Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
