Vermilion Catholic May Festival a success

The annual May Festival was another success this past weekend at Vermilion Catholic High School/Mt. Carmel Elementary.
The drawing was held and the three ticket winners had something in common. Each winner was a grandparent to a student at the schools.
Grand prize winner of $5,500 was Merle Gary, who is the grandmother of Mount Carmel 7th grader, Collin Mire
The $1,500 winner was Kathi & David Gomendi, grandparents of Maseille, Benjamin and Alexander Landry, 5th, 2nd & 1st graders from Mount Carmel
The third place winner of $500 was Dibby Faulk, grandmother of Vermilion Catholic junior Haley Faulk
Laura Landry was Vermilion Catholic’s top raffle ticket seller
Caylen Hebert was Mount Carmel’s top raffle ticket seller
