Parish, city offices will close for the Christmas Holidays

Because of the Christmas Holiday, government is shutting down for a couple of days.
The City of Abbeville and other parish municipalities will be closed Thursday and Friday.
The Abbeville Police Department will still be patrolling the streets,but the main office will also be closed on Thursday and Friday.
There are some government offices that will be closed three days.
The Vermilion Parish Courthouse will shut down for three days, starting today, Thursday and Friday.
Also, the Sheriff’s Office will also be closed for three days, starting today.
All parish libraries will be closed for the next three days.
The LSU Ag Center Office in Abbeville will close Wednesday and not reopen until Jan. 5, 2015.
