Kaplan Police asking for help in searching for suspects in shooting

Chief of Police Boyd Adams is asking for the public's help on locating the two suspects in the recent shooting .

•Kavan Broussard (alleged shooter) is wanted for three counts of attempted second degree murder. He is a white male, 18, 6'0", 135 pounds, blue eyes, and brown hair. His address is 2213 Paul Ed Drive, Abbeville.
•Allen "Mussy" Small Jr. (alleged driver of the vehicle), 717 Putnam Streeet, Abbeville, is wanted for three counts as principle to attempted second degree murder. He is a black male, 23, 5'11", 135 pounds, brown eyes and brown hair.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of these suspects, please contact your local police department. Both suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
