Four out of five arrested in Abbeville beating

The Abbeville Police Department has now arrested four out of the five suspects who allegedly brutally beat someone, sending the victim to the intensive care unit and having to be put on a respirator.
According to Lt. David Hardy of the Abbeville Police Department, there were six people around the victim, but only five committed the alleged crime.
Wednesday afternoon, the police arrested Francis Briggs of Abbeville and charged him with aggravated attempted robbery. The bond was set at $125,000.
Briggs became the fourth person arrested over the last week and charged for the robbery.
The police know who person number five is and were searching for him on Thursday. As of the Meridional deadline on Thursday, a fifth person had not been arrested.
When the fifth person is arrested, all five will be charged with aggravated attempted robbery. The five could be facing at least five years in prison.
One of the five is also being charged with attempted first degree murder. John Hebert III was allegedly seen on the video jumping on the victim twice.
The other three arrested were Colt Turner, Francis Briggs and Preston Toussaint.
