Abbeville—Memorial graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 30, 2010 at St. Paul Cemetery honoring the life of John Wesley Broussard, 76, who died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at his residence.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

John was a retired employee with the La. Department of Highways. He was the former owner/operator of LaCafe which was located in Acadiana Mall.

He is survived by his wife, Lou Anna Landry Broussard; son, Michael Broussard of Maurice; Judith B. Miller and her husband Sean of Porter and grandsons, Jonathan Campbell of Las Vegas, Patrick Miller of Porter, TX, Matthew Miller of Porter, TX and Michael Broussard of Porter, TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Meuse Broussard and the former Wilda Richard; son, Kenneth Broussard; paternal grandparents, Sevengier Broussard and the former Marie Racca and maternal grandparents, Philip Richard and the former Eugenie Suire.
