Christina Ann Kibodeaux, 34, of Brandon, Florida, died on August 17, 2009, due to complications from a quadruple heart bypass.

Born in Gueydan, on March 22, 1975, she was a former resident of Gueydan and Patterson.

She was a 1993 graduate of Patterson High School and an employee of Walmart, having worked at Abbeville Walmart in 2000-2001.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Bernice Lee and Charlene LeBlanc Kibodeaux of Abbeville; a sister, Stephanie Kibodeaux of Abbeville; two brothers, Thomas Kibodeaux of Houston, Texas and Kendel “Kenni” Kibodeaux of Tampa, Florida. Toni Bertrand of Abbeville, and Meca Kibodeaux of Houston, and one nephew, Lucas Kibodeaux of Tampa.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents Ellis and Snowwhite LeBlanc of Morse, Olite Holbrook of Lake Charles, and Steve Kibodeaux of Kaplan.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Stowers Funeral Home in Brandon, FL. is in charge of arrangements.
