Montet and Broussard are engaged

Gordy and Darlene Montet of Henry are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Montet, to Justin Broussard, son of Keith and Jessie Broussard of Henry.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Robert “Bobby” Montet and Deanna Montet of Henry, Mildred B. Montet of Maurice, Robert and Sue Toups of Kaplan, and Ena B. Toups of Henry. She is the great-granddaughter of Ena Bodin of Henry. Amber is a 2006 graduate of Erath High School.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mark and Susie Broussard as well as the late J.C. Lange and Cora Lange, all of Henry. He is the great-grandson of Elaine Theriot of Abbeville and Laura Broussard of Henry. Justin is a 2006 graduate of Erath High School.

The couple plan to unite in Holy Matrimony on Friday, November 8, 2013, at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Henry, Louisiana.
