Broussard and Dailey

Mr. and Mrs. Kim Paul Broussard are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexis Renee, to Scott Joseph Dailey, son of Russell and Karen Dailey.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on Friday, January 2, 2009, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Abbeville.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Dibbie B. Faulk and Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Faulk and the late Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Broussard, all of Abbeville.

She is a graduate of Vermilion Catholic High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is currently attending Texas Christian University pursuing a Masters Degree in Nurse Anesthesia.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Dorothy Dailey and the late Lloyd Dailey of Crowley, and Goldie Rome and the late Cullen Rome of Lafayette.

He is a graduate of Carencro High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Technology. He is currently employed by Ritter Consulting Engineers, Ltd. in Lafayette.

After their wedding, the couple will reside in Lafayette.
