Pierre Cuby Harrington

ABBEVILLE — Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Pierre Cuby Harrington, 85, who died Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Heart Hospital of Lafayette.
He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Rev. Brian Harringon officiating the services.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Dolores Connor Harrington; son, Randy Harrington; daughter, Deborah Dendy; sisters, Myrtis Harrington and Margaret Kritzer; four grandchildren, Lisa Hughes, Rachel Mabou, Michael Dendy and Timothy Dendy; and three great grandchildren, Alexis Hughes, Zander Abshire and Addison Abshire.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Harrington and the former Orelia Gaspard; daughter, Kathy Harrington Mabou; grandson, Marcus Ryan Mabou; and two brothers, Meldridge Harrington and Lloyd Harrington, Jr.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Wednesday December 2, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
