St. Mary- Vermilion Sweetheart Pageant

The St. Mary-Vermilion Sweetheart Pageant was held on February 14, 2014, at the Precious Moments Head Start Center in Abbeville.

Each Center in Vermilion Parish was represented with their individual Center Royalties. The overall King and Queen for Vermilion Parish was then chosen.

Representing the St. Mary CAA is Queen Heather Frederick of Erath; (1) Sage Rudd representing Country Bear’s in Cow Island; (2) Bowee Morvant representing Little Einsteins in Erath; (3) Tate Guidry representing Honey Bear’s in Gueydan; (4) A’Mya Smith representing Precious Moments in Abbeville.

Seated in the photo to the left is Overall Queen for Vermilion Parish, Mylee Dupré from Honey Bear’s in Gueydan, and King for Vermilion Parish, Matthew Turner from Country Bear’s in Cow Island.

The Pageant serves as a fundraiser for the Head Starts in the parish.
