Wolf and Suire unite in marriage

Lea Genice Wolf and Seth Joseph Suire were united in marriage during a 5:00 p.m. ceremony on March 24, 2012, at New Iberia City Park, in New Iberia. Reverend Ernest Breaux presided over the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Paula Leblanc Wolf, of New Iberia, and the late Mr. William “Buddy” Wolf.

The groom is the son of Ray and Joann Suire and the late Mrs. Leona Thibodeaux Suire.

Escorted by her brother-in-law Nicholas Joseph Colletti Sr., the bride wore an ivory Maggie Sottero gown with a sweetheart neckline and corset closure. The skirt featured pickups and a short train. To complete her look, the bride wore a lace trimmed fingertip veil and carried a bouquet with a mix of lilies and sunflowers.

Adrienne Lambert Colletti, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Cynthia Suire, sister of the groom, Alex Wolf, cousin of the bride, Abagail Alysse Colletti, niece of the bride, Rachael Verret Dupre, friend of the bride, and Rebecca Crossland, friend of the bride, served as bridesmaids during the ceremony.

The bridal attendants wore knee length David’s Bridal gowns in watermelon pink and carried sunflower bouquets.

Gabriella Suire, niece of the groom, and Savannah Biggers, niece of the bride, served as flower girls, and Jacob Suire, nephew of the groom, and Aleksander Comeaux, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearers during the ceremony.

Ryan Suire, brother of the groom, served as best man. Clifford Suire, brother of the groom, Van Wolf, brother of the bride, Nicholas Colletti Jr., nephew of the bride, Kente Charles, friend of the groom, and Darren Weekly, friend of the groom, served as groomsmen during the ceremony.

John Loftin, friend of the groom, and Laderrick Winters, friend of the groom, served as ushers.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the New Iberia Veteran’s Memorial building.

Upon returning from a honeymoon to Destin, Florida, the couple will reside in Breaux Bridge.
