Miss Tiffany Ernest becomes Mrs. Jason Hartman

Miss Tiffany Marie Ernest and Mr. Jason Reid Hartman were united in holy matrimony on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at half past six o’clock in the evening at St. Anne Catholic Church in Cow Island, Louisiana.
The ceremony was officiated by Father Keith Landry.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Mrs. Melissa Hebert.
Readings were given by Jean Trahan, godfather of the bride, and Goldie Hartman, sister- in-law of the groom. Gift bearers included Angie Ledoux, godmother of the bride, and Marla Savoie, godmother of the groom. Serving as ushers were Austin Trahan, cousin of the bride and Cameron Hartman, nephew of the groom.
The bride is the daughter of Andrew and Melissa Ernest of Forked Island. She is the granddaughter of Clifton and Sable LaSalle of Kaplan, Ms. Jeanette Butcher of Lafayette, and the late Anthony “Tony” Ernest of New Jersey.
The groom is the son of the late Ronnie and Charlene Hartman. Grandparents are the late Elwood and Rosa Hartman and the late Otis and Grace Lege.
The mother of the bride wore a navy blue colored gown with a beaded glistening top.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless ivory white gown designed by Oleg Cassini. The gown consisted of hand beaded metallic embellishment designed to have a vintage feel, with subtle variation in color. The beads ranged in color from silver to antique (soft gold). Accompanying the dress, the bride wore a shoulder length veil with a flower beaded sequence scallop edge.
She carried a large unique nosegay bouquet of permanent botanicals.The design was a beautiful array of cream and white roses, dark blue thistle, burnt orange ranunculus and lily of the valley, accented with greenery.
Sabrina Breaux, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Kayla Hebert, cousin of the bride; Emily Copell, cousin of the bride; and Angelle Cloud, friend of the bride. Junior bridesmaids were Abby Copell, cousin of the bride; Kaylee Copell, godchild of the bride, and Ava Hartman, godchild of the groom.
The attendants all wore navy blue chiffon gowns, all of different designs and carried nosegays of white roses and green hydrangea, stem wrapped in navy accented with olive green ribbon. The flower girl was Grace Breaux, godchild of the bride. She carried a kissing ball of white roses with navy blue and white ribbon.
Cody Trahan, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen included Michael Hartman, brother of the groom; Hunter Trahan, friend of the groom; and Joseph Copell, uncle of the bride. Mason Breaux, nephew of the bride, served as the ring bearer. He carried a pillow covered with white hydrangea petals with a navy and white bow. The men all wore steel gray colored tuxes with navy blue vests. The boutonnieres were a special design technique with a dark blue shotgun shell and white roses accented with greenery.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Vermilion Fair and Festival Hall in Kaplan.
On the eve of the wedding, the groom’s family hosted a beautiful outdoor rehearsal dinner at the Caldwell House in Abbeville, Louisiana.
Upon their return from a honeymoon in Tennessee, the couple will reside in Meaux, Louisiana.
