McInnis-LeDoux marry at Holy Rosary Church

Katie Elizabeth McInnis and Gabriel Charles LeDoux were united in marriage on February 21, 2015 at six o’clock in the evening at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kaplan, Louisiana with Father Cedric Sonnier officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Wes and Maggie McInnis of Fredericksburg, Texas. She is the granddaughter of the late John and Patricia Harrod of Eden, Texas and Winston and Margariette McInnis of Menard, Texas.
The groom is the son of Charles and Eleanor LeDoux of Kaplan, Louisiana. He is the grandson of Earline Hardee and the late Bill Greene, Jr. of Kaplan, Louisiana and the late Edward and Roberta LeDoux of Gueydan, Louisiana.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Matron of Honor, Jessica McInnis Gerngross, of The Netherlands. Bridesmaids were Ashley Leifeste-Schumann of Willow City, Texas, Kerri LeDoux of Jacksboro, Texas, Jennifer Stice Gerngross of Wall, Texas, Ashley Archer of Sonora, Texas and Ellie Dabney of Georgetown, Texas. Flower girls were Maci Gerngross and Mary Kate Gerngross of The Netherlands.
Best man was Gus LeDoux of Jacksboro, Texas, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Cody Hayes of Kinder, Louisiana, Daks Hebert of Kaplan, Louisiana. John McInnis of Los Angeles, California, Brent Archer of Sonora, Texas and Clint Shofner of Leming, Texas. Ring bearers were Lane Gerngross of The Netherlands and Gage Hayes of Kinder, Louisiana. Lance Gerngross of The Netherlands served as altar server.
Guy Mark Hays presented the ‘In Loving Memory candle’. Ushers were Matt McInnis of Frisco, Texas, Jason Tate of Bell City, Louisiana and Jason Latiolais of Washington, Louisiana.
Readings for the ceremony were given by Virginia Berken of Jennings, Louisiana and Royce Gerngross of The Netherlands.
Music was provided by organist, Jude Gaspard of Lafayette, Louisiana and vocalist was William Seaux of Kaplan, Louisiana. Greeters were Halie Hart of Owasso, Oklahoma and Camille Berken of Jennings, Louisiana.
Following the wedding ceremony, a reception was held at the Civic Center in Gueydan, Louisiana followed by a dinner and dance.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Coppell High School in Coppell, Texas. She studied Communications at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She is currently employed with Scully Leathers.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Gueydan High School in Gueydan, Louisiana and a graduate of McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana with a degree in Agriculture. He is employed by JL Bar Ranch in Sonora, Texas.
The bride and groom will enjoy a wedding trip to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
The couple will reside in Sonora, Texas.
