Makenzie Chaumont-Phillip LeBlanc say wedding vows
Makenzie Lynne Chaumont and Phillip Michael LeBlanc, both 23, exhanged wedding vows during at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2014, at St. Luke Simpson Methodist Church. Officiant of the double ring ceremony was Rev. Ben Davis.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry (Tara) Chaumont of Lake Charles, and the granddaughter of Judy Turney of Lake Charles, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry (Polly) Chaumont of Oberlin.
The groom is the son of Caroline Marceaux of Rayne and Brandon LeBlanc of Abbeville. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ted (Deborah) Girouard of Kaplan, and Mr. and Mrs. Kelly (Betty) LeBlanc of Abbeville.
Makenzie is a graduate of Alfred M. Barbe High School, and Phillip is a graduate of Notre Dame Catholic High School in Crowley. They are both graduates of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
Maid of honor was Madalyn Chaumont, and bridesmaids were Mary Beth Foreman, Victoria Jacobsen, Morgan Flavin, Madison Bullock, Brianna Brame, Maria Moss, Emily Mosely, Breanna West and Morgan Daughtry.
Best man was Morgan Thomas, and groomsmen were Landon Leblanc, Turney Chaumont, Reece Theriot, Chance Oustalet, Robert Sarver, Drew Daigle, Kip Carter, E.J. Vincent and Tyler Harrington.
After a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the newlyweds will reside in Lafayette.
