Macey Hebert becomes Mrs. Logan Pippin
Miss Macey Andree’ Hebert of Maurice, La. and Mr. Logan Jacob Pippin of Scott, La. were united in holy matrimony during a ceremony held on September 26, 2015 at Saint Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Lafayette, La.
Father Gary Schexneider officiated the 6:30 p.m. ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Gary Hebert of Lafayette, La. and Scott and Sharon Landry of Maurice, La. Her grandparents are Donald (Buddy) and Gloria Hebert, Donald and Janet Hebert, and Allen and Mona Landry, all of Abbeville, La.
Parents of the groom are Danny and Barbara Pippin of Scott, La. His grandparents include Lou Thibodeaux and the late Andrus Thibodeaux of Church Point, La., Iris Wells and the late Jack Wells of Jacksonville Beach, Florida and the late Douglas Pippin, Doralis Pippin and Russell LeBlanc, of Crowley.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Tammy Lynn Maturin, Will Green and Linda Kidd.
Readings were given by Denise Stutes, aunt of the groom, and Amy Smith, aunt of the bride.
Ushers included Darwin Stutes, uncle of the groom and Stanley Smith, uncle of the bride.
The mother of the bride was escorted by Scott Landry, stepfather of the bride. She wore an ivory/gold colored gown with a sequined lace bottom.
The mother of the groom was escorted by Danny Pippin, father of the groom. She wore a royal blue colored gown with a beaded neckline and chiffon overlay.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a sleeveless gold/ivory gown designed by Allure consisting of all-over lace and English net with a sheer illusion neckline. The gown featured a crystal rhinestone bridal belt. The back of the gown had a dramatic scalloped lace back. Accompanying the dress, the bride wore a single layered fingertip length veil with a pearl and crystal edge.
The bride carried a European style bouquet of antique pink hydrangeas, roses, calla lilies with a mix of flowers and stem wrapped in ivory with navy French knotting.
Danielle Yarbrough, friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Delaine Landry, step sister of the bride; Kaylyn Baudoin, cousin of the bride; Lauren Dupuis, cousin of the bride; Ashley Pippin, sister-in-law of the groom; Kacy Lyons, sister-in-law of the groom; Staci Cormier, friend of the bride and Alex Comeaux, friend of the bride.
The flower girl was Audrey Lyons, godchild of the groom. She wore an ivory colored vintage style dress with layered lace and was escorted in a vintage baby buggy.
The attendants wore Navy blue chiffon A-line dresses with a halter neckline. The gown featured a lace and ruching on the bodice and waistline. They carried European style bouquet of antique pick hydrangea with a mix of flowers and stem wrapped in ivory.
Jonathan Thompson, cousin of the groom, attended as best man. Groomsmen included Bryce Lyons, brother of the groom; Corey Pippin, brother of the groom; Chris Fuentes, brother of the groom; Seth Hebert, brother of the bride; Trey landry, step-brother of the bride; Derek Dupuis, cousin of the bride and Jadon Smith, cousin of the bride.
Ring bearers were Jack Lyons, nephew of the groom; Jax Smith, cousin of the bride and Spencer Landry, godchild of the bride.
The groom, along with the ring bearers, wore heather gray tuxedo with white accents. The groomsmen and ushers wore heather gray tuxedos with navy blue accents.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Carencro Community Center. After a wedding trip to Townsend, Tennessee, the couple will reside in Maurice, La.
