Ernest-Hartman to marry

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew John Ernest of Forked Island are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tiffany Marie Ernest, to Jason Reid Hartman, of Kaplan.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton LaSalle of Kaplan, Jeanette Butcher of Lafayette, and the late Anthony ‘Tony’ Ernest of New Jersey. She is a 2008 graduate of Kaplan High School and a 2013 graduate of UL at Lafayette. She is currently employed with Broussard Brothers, Inc. in Abbeville, La.
The prospective groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Earl Hartman of Kaplan. Jason is the grandson of the late Elwood and Rosa Hartman and the late Otis and Grace Lege. He is a 2006 graduate of Kaplan High School and is currently employed with Fluid Crane and Construction in New Iberia, La.
The wedding will take place on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015 during a 6:30 p.m. ceremony at St. Anne Catholic Church in Cow Island, La.
After the wedding, the couple will reside in Meaux, La.
