Two basketball tournaments begin on Wednesday in Vermilion Parish

Erath High will be the location of the Erath High Boys basketball tournament that gets underway Wednesday night.
It will be an eight-team tournament that will conclude on Saturday.
Playing in the tournament will be Ascension Episcopal, Hanson, Catholic High, North Vermilion, Delcambre, ESA, Highland Baptist and Erath.
The tournament is scheduled to begin tonight at 4 p.m.
The bracket changed before the Meridional went to press.
What is known is that there will be four games tonight, with the last one being played at 8:30 p.m.
It will start up again at 4 p.m. and conclude at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
There are no games on Friday.
The finals are set for 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Delcambre High location of Viator Memorial Tournament

DELCAMBRE - The 11th Annual Lynette Viator Memorial Girls Basketball Tournament will begin Wednesday tonight in Delcambre.
It will be a round robin format.
