Lady Wildcats back in action tonight
The Abbeville Lady Wildcats started their season off on fire.
The Lady Wildcats won seven of their first eight games.
Over the course of those seven wins the Lady Wildcats averaged almost 11 runs a game, but since the 1-0 victory over the Gueydan Honey Bears back on March 10th, the Lady Wildcats hot start has gone ice cold.
The Lady Wildcats, before their game against West St. Mary on Tuesday, had lost four straight softball games, and only scored a total of five runs.
This week they are hoping to turn things around, but it is going to be a tall order because now they are preparing for their second of three games in as many days.
The Lady Wildcats are going to turn around from the game against West St. Mary on Tuesday, and face off against the North Vermilion Lady Patriots tonight.
The Lady Wildcats will play North Vermilion at 4 p.m. at North Vermilion’s field.
They will then in turn play their third game in three days against Erath on Thursday.
