Lady Bobcats’ indoor track records broken

Congratulations to Sarah Watson and Lindsey Darby for placing second at the Louisiana Indoor State Track Meet, as well as setting school records, in the Pole Vault and Triple Jump, respectively.

For the second time this indoor season, Sarah, a Junior, set an Erath High School record in the Pole Vault, vaulting 10'10".

She broke the school record two weeks ago at the L.S.U.

Qualifier Indoor Meet vaulting 10'8"', breaking the previous school record of 10'4" set by Chyna Toups set in 2006. Lindsey, a sophomore, triple jumped 35' 1 1/2"', breaking the school record of 34'8" set by Mia Allen in 2013.

Lindsey became the first Erath Girl Track Athlete to break the 35' barrier in the Triple Jump.
