Rita Thibodeaux Primeaux

KAPLAN—Funeral services will be held Monday, August 4, 2014 at a 3 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Rita Thibodeaux Primeaux, 94, who died Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Kaplan Healthcare Center. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Cedric Sonnier officiating the services.
She is survived by one son, Darrel Primeaux and his wife, Nettie of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Avadean and her husband, Steven Faulk of Meaux and Kathryn and her husband, Stephen Perry of Kaplan; seven grandchildren, Donna and her husband, Joey Bradley of Forked Island, Brian Primeaux of Los Angeles, California, Annette Faulk of Lafayette, Keith Primeaux and his wife, Stefany of Baton Rouge, Timothy Faulk of Lafayette, Kyla and her husband, Jeremy Romero of Duson, and Laina and her husband, Cale Simon of Maurice; and ten great grandchildren, Eric and Mitchell Bradley, Cole and Jolie Primeaux, Micah, Jacob, Rebekah, and Benjamin Romero, and Rowan and Ridge Simon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Essie Primeaux; her parents, Andre Thibodeaux and former Ezilda Simon; two sisters, Zula and Louise; and three grandchildren.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 6 p.m., Monday, August 4, 2014 from 9 a.m. until the procession departs for church.
