ABBEVILLE — Funeral services for Mrs. Nolia Allen Huntsberry is scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church – 607 S. Bailey Street – Abbeville, LA.
She will await the resurrection in St. Paul Cemetery in Abbeville, LA. Rev. E. J. Guidry will officiate the service.
Mrs. Nolia Huntsberry, 71, a long time resident of Abbeville passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at her home while surrounded by family and friends.
She leaves to mourn her passing three sons, Kenwyn Huntsberry of Lafayette, LA; Todd Huntsberry and Derek Huntsberry (Kayla) of Abbeville, LA; four daughters, Monique Campbell (Ronald) of Erath, LA; Charlene Huntsberry of Abbeville, LA; Daphnie Nunley (Richard) of Jettenbach, Germany; and Karen Huntsberry of Abbeville, LA; a brother, Whitney Allen, Sr. of Abbeville, LA; sisters, Agnes Allen of North Carolina; Vickey Allen of Abbeville, LA; Lisa Harris of New Iberia, LA; and Margaret Allen of Port Arthur, TX; ten grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delfred Huntsberry, parents, Dalton Allen, Sr. and Ester Mae Batiste, two brothers, Joseph Allen, and Dalton Allen, Jr.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 06, 2014 at Macedonia Baptist Church from 8:00 A.M. until time of service.
