ABBEVILLE — A Home Going Celebration will be held for Mageline L. Goodie 79 the former Mageline Levy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday December 27, 2014 at Faith Hope Christian Fellowship, Abbeville, LA with Rev. Ronnell Cheatman officiating.
She will await the resurrection at St. Paul Catholic Church.
A gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday at the church 8 a.m. until the time of service.
A native and resident of Abbeville, LA she passed at 3:10 a.m. on December 2014 at Abbeville General Medical Center.
She leaves to cherish her memory and in God's care one sister, Delia Levine of Abbeville, LA; one brother Ollie Levy, Jr., of CA; one sister-in-law, Clara Mouton of Abbeville, LA; two godchildren, Terry Demouchet, of Houma, LA and Delia Levine of Abbeville, LA, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She now joins in glory with her parents, Ollie and Alice Levy; her husband, Frank Goodie, Jr.; two sisters, Shirley Levy Campbell and Florence Williams; her niece Bernice Williams; two nephews, Sidney Levine, Jr., and Craig Williams.
Active pallbearers will be Alvin Perry, Joseph Gilbert, Marlon Green, Keddy Vallot, Terry Demouchet, and Justin Williams.
Honorary pallbearers will be Alvin Perry, Jr., Steven Davenport, Charles Allen, Sr., Charles Allen, Jr., Kennon Green, Traman Green, and Marlon Green, Jr.
