Lucas Seth Guidry

Lucas Seth Guidry born on January 4, 2013 entered into eternal rest on March 30, 2014.
Lucas was a happy baby, whose smile was contagious to anyone who met him.  His precious memory will live forever in the hearts of all who knew him.  In the first moments of life, he captured his parent’s hearts with his beautiful curly brown hair and long dark eyelashes.  He loved his big sister Olivia and his two big brothers, Jack and Tate.
Lucas leaves to cherish his memory: his  parents, Seth and Sydney Guidry, sister Olivia Guidry, and two brothers Jack and Tate Guidry.  Maternal grandparents Bernard and Jeanelle Duhon of Abbeville.  Paternal grandparents Larry and Liz Guidry  of Roanoke. His aunts and uncles Zach Tarver of Houston, Paul and Stephanie Guidry of Sunset, and Kory Guidry of Roanoke.  Great grandparents Anastasia Simon Bonin, many great aunts and uncles and family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather William Sydney Tarver.
Special thanks goes out to all the physicians, and nurses at Texas Childrens Hospital especially Daisy, Mrs. Greta, Angie, and Candy, the staff at Lake Area Medical Center in Lake Charles. We also thank Lucas’ physical, occupational, and speech therapist Jennie, Kristin, and Kelly, home health nurses Randi, and Jessica, Chris Thibodeaux- with Thibodeaux, Albro, and Touchet Therapy group,  his home physician Dr. Michael Benoit and his nurses Kara Monvoison and Amy Deville.
