KAPLAN—Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 12, 2014 at a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Jane Pillaro, 72, who died Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Cedric Sonnier officiating the services.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Phillip Pillaro of Kaplan; one daughter, Jamie and her husband, Gene Fontenot, Jr. of Abbeville; one sister, Shirley Abshire of Kaplan; and one granddaughter, Madisen Fontenot of Abbeville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Campbell and the former Edmay LaPoint; and two brothers, Allison and Curtis Campbell.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 8 a.m. until the funeral procession departs for the church.
