ABBEVILLE – Funeral services for James Eaton is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 4, 2016 in the chapel of Kinchen Funeral Home. Shortly afterwards, burial will take place in St. Paul Cemetery. Rev John Allen will officiate the service.
Mr. James Eaton (89), a long time resident of Abbeville passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Abbeville General Hospital.
Mr. Eaton leaves to cherish his precious memories, his special, loving, and devoted friend, Penny B. Coleman of Abbeville, LA; one daughter, Tracey Eaton, of Lafayette, LA; one son, Trevor James Eaton, of Abbeville, LA; two Grandsons, Trazavion Eaton and Traylon Eaton; twelve step-grandchildren, one step-son, Billy Comeaux, Jr.; four step-daughters, Geneive Coleman, Nakeela Lewis (Charles), Cicely Comeaux, and Bianco Comeaux, and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by both parents, John and Vallie Eaton; a sister, Delia Eaton, a brother, Henry Eaton, a companion, Annie Guidry and son, Kevin R. Guidry.
